At Rushzon, we are committed to delivering quality products. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Policy

• All orders are Prepaid Only.
• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
• We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).


Damage / Wrong Product Claims

We offer replacement only in case of:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible:

• Claim must be raised within 36 hours of delivery
• An unboxing video (continuous, without cuts) is mandatory
• Clear images of product and packaging must be provided

Claims raised after 36 hours will not be eligible for review.


Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by customer
• No longer needed
• Minor color/size variations
• Used or altered products

Products once used are not eligible for replacement.


Refund Policy

If a replacement is approved:

• Replacement will be dispatched after verification
• If replacement is unavailable, refund may be processed

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Failed / Refused Deliveries

If a prepaid order is:

• Refused
• Not accepted
• Returned due to incorrect address

Shipping and return charges will be deducted before refund (if applicable).
